BT Notice in response to IPEX network outage
There was an outage on the BT IPEX platform on the morning of Monday 24th May which affected the service to many of Hello’s VoIP customers. BT Wholesale have provided the following notice to explain the cause(s) of the problem and to provide details of the steps they are taking to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
