Availability
Normal support hours are 9:00 am till 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. However, support is available 24 hours a day for urgent, service affecting faults. This can be accessed by calling our main number and following the prompts to be connected to our on-call engineer. This out-of-hours service is ONLY available for service affecting faults.
