Hello Telecom’s dedicated support team is available to all customers, between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday to deal with any issues, including service problems, information on how to use our services and to place new orders.

Additionally, support is available 24 hours a day for urgent, service-affecting faults. This can be accessed by calling our main number and following the prompts to be connected to our on-call engineer. This out-of-hours service is ONLY available for service affecting faults.
