Dedicated broadband for VoIP

Hello Contrex VoIP can be provided on our own VoIP-optimised private network. This service completely eliminates the security, call quality and reliability problems associated with fluctuating, Internet-based broadband links on VoIP connections.

Hosted VoIP phones are connected to our servers on a dedicated, VoIP-only circuit via a private layer 2 VPN connection. There are a range of connection types available to suit varying capacity demands, including ADSL Max, Annex M, FTTC, EFM and leased lines.

The circuit prices are not dissimilar to standard Internet services from ISP’s. Setup includes the supply of a pre-configured VPN router.

Service is suitable for both hosted VoIP services and SIP trunks. It is available for migration of existing broadband or new supply.
