Hello Voicelink – private ADSL connections

We are pleased to introduce our new voice-optimised private network. This new service completely eliminates call quality and reliability problems associated with unreliable, fluctuating Internet-based broadband links on VoIP connections. Hosted VoIP phones are connected on a dedicated, voice-only circuit to our SIP servers via a private layer 2 VPN connection. There are a range of connection types available to suit varying capacity demands, including ADSL Max, Annex M, FTTC and leased lines.

The circuit prices are not dissimilar to standard BT data products and the setup includes the supply of a new, pre-configured VPN router.

Service is suitable for hosted services and sip trunks. It is available for migration of existing broadband or new supply.
