The service can cover multiple sites or branch offices with ease, provides excellent call quality over our dedicated data lines and can include service to home workers easily and cheaply. Network Solutions
Hello can provide traditional PSTN services on both analogue or digital (ISDN) lines. Our services are provided by BT Openreach the network operating element of BT. Most customers can save a substantial amount on recurring rentals by switching to Hello.
We operate our own VoIP network on either a fully hosted basis or via SIP trunks.
Data Services
We provide business-class data communications for a range of requirements. Products available include ADSL, SDSL, FTTC, Ethernet First Mile and Leased Lines, with flexible options on IP addresses, VPNs and associated hosted services.
Contact Centres
Hello’s multi-media hosted contact centre system unifies all communication channels including voice, email, text and SMS. The service can operate on a customer premises or a fully hosted platform environment. The service can provide either inbound or outbound applications or a combination of the two.
The ability to manage Agents based on real-time information and results is a pre-requisite for successful Call Centre’s. Bespoke configurations are available so that the solution fits the required activity and not the reverse.
In a fully hosted VoIP environment the Call Centre only requires suitable IP connectivity and Agent devices which can be handsets or softy phones. All call control is via a desktop toolbar.
