Hello Telecom has been successfully trading for over 16 years and is run by a highly experienced management team, each with over 20 years’ experience within the communications industry.
Originally established as a switchless reseller business in 2002, Hello Telecom moved into Hosted Voice services with their first VoIP offering in 2004, as a white-label reseller.
As pioneers in cloud-based hosted services, Hello Telecom developed its own carrier-grade, cloud-based communications platform called Contrex, which now supports a complete set of communication solutions. Contrex won the ITSPA Best Business ITSP Award in both 2015 and 2017, was Highly Commended in 2016 and continues to be one of the most popular business VoIP platforms in the UK.
Say Hello to an award-winning communications provider
Our award-winning communications platform has a resilient architecture, is hosted in secure, high quality data centres and is interconnected with a number of tier 1 carriers. Contrex allows us to deliver a variety of value added services to our resellers, including Cloud-Based VoIP Telephony, Traditional Telecoms, Data Connectivity and Mobile Solutions.
We’ve invested heavily in technology since the beginning and continue to do so today, ensuring our resellers can always keep ahead of their competition. Owning all of our key infrastructure means we have the flexibility to add new features based on customer demand, rather than when a platform vendor wants to add them.
All of our services are managed through an easy to use self-service portal. This not only manages the services being offered, but also allows resellers and dealers to easily manage their customer base, or own distribution partners.
In addition, all of our services are backed up by our dedicated support team, who are on hand to deal with issues, including service problems, information on how to use our services and to place new orders – ultimately making reselling our products as easy possible.
Hello Telecom works with a number of partners to deliver its services, including tier 1 carriers, such as BT and Vodafone, network providers, such as Virgin Media and TalkTalk Business and high-quality hardware vendors, including Grandstream and Yealink. All of our partners are selected for the quality of their service and support, as well as the commercial competitiveness of their offerings.
