Hello white label VoIP reseller network expands

March 9th, 2011

Hello Telecom continues to expand the distribution of its hosted VoIP services and SIP trunks via a growing network of white label VoIP resellers.  Hello’s service allows a reseller to set up as a “Virtual Network” operator and accumulate and manage their customers and revenues securely under their own brand.

Hello’s Contrex VoIP service has also proven very popular with existing VoIP resellers wishing to migrate their customer bases to a more flexible and commercially aware provider.  Accordingly, Hello has expanded its range of approved devices to make this easier to do.  Initially focusing on Polycom and Snom handsets, the company now also supports handsets from manufacturers such as Linksys, Cisco, Mitel and Yealink.  This has enabled resellers to ensure that expensive handsets bought by their customers to support hosted SIP services can be retained and deployed for use on Hello’s network.   This makes switching an almost cost-free option for both the customer and the reseller.

Hello focuses on channel distribution with products designed to empower resellers wishing to offer own-brand services.  Existing Hello resellers comment that the company’s complete control over the development of new services makes a refreshing change from some other networks.  Added to this, the commercially attractive terms can significantly increase earnings.
