This link will provide details of the BT network fault of 24th May 2010 which affected many of our customers.

The outbound call fault on BT IPEX network is now resolved. Our interconnect with BT is a resilient multi-connection arrangement and should be free of these issues. We await a notice from BT shortly to explain the causes and the preventative measures they will put in place.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

The BT IPEX network is currently experiencing problems and cannot deliver outbound calls at this moment. They are investigating the problem and we will update this page as soon as we have a time-to-fix report from BT.

BT are currently aware of a nationwide issue which has been raised as an incident.
This issue has resulted in intermittant loss of audio on incoming calls and calls from the Orange Network are also effected.
BT are endeavouring to work alongside their Sip Technical Services to resolve this issue and provide an update.
