We can confirm that all systems are now operational and stable.

With regards to yesterday’s short outage, our VPN provider has advised that they experienced  a core router failure.  The initial diagnostics have shown that a software error caused the reload and a log has been generated that will be passed to the manufacturer for further investigation.

Some customers may have experienced a brief outage for a period of 2-3 minutes. This was due to a nationwide network issue on our VPN Providers backbone.

We have been assured of a further update and solution report which  we shall post as soon as possible.
