Hello Telecom is pleased to announce that our new BT IP Exchange interconnect went live on the 22nd June.  This resilient connection between Hello’s network and BT Wholesale’s facilitates inbound call routing on our own number ranges, including the new 03 national number range.  It also provides cost-effective call terminations via BT’s UK and global networks.

Hello’s telephony network is able to provide customers with the latest Next Generation communications facilities including hosted VoIP, SIP trunks, IVR and contact centre services.  The intelligent platform allows own-brand VoIP resellers to create and manage their own end-user customer accounts.
